Privacy at SheetFluency
Questions or requests: support@sheetfluency.com.
Browser-local practice
Keyboard, Formula and Free Practice workbooks, entries and drafts are processed in your browser. Browser storage remembers supported workbooks, lesson progress, completion history and preferences. This functional storage is different from advertising cookies. Use synthetic practice data, not confidential information; people using the same browser profile may access saved work.
Optional private progress
ChatGPT sign-in provides the application with an account identifier, email and, when available, name. Private Keyboard saving keeps account-linked scenario/question identifiers, progress flags, available timings and technical save information to display your progress and prevent conflicting saves. It does not upload workbook cells, formulas, drafts or local scores, or save Formula-course progress.
Reviewing existing records first sends a content fingerprint; confirming sends the supported records. Automatic private Keyboard tracking starts off and requires opt-in. Turning it off stops future collection through that feature, not retention of saved records. Private-profile setup does not enroll you in public sharing.
Storage and requests
Reset controls affect only the records described in their confirmations. Keyboard reset keeps recorded question/step history. Browser site-data controls remove browser-held data, not cloud records or downloaded files. Recovery downloads are not complete account exports.
Saved private progress has no automatic expiry. Signing out, disabling tracking or canceling a review does not delete it. There is no self-service account deletion or full account export button. Email support to request access, correction, export or deletion. Requests require individual handling and may require account verification; do not send passwords or sensitive workbooks.
Earlier competitive services and records remain despite being outside the current trainer entry experience. Previously opted-in aliases/results may remain publicly accessible. Earlier competition services can use a functional guest cookie; ordinary Keyboard/Formula practice does not create it.
Hosting and support
OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites hosts the site, with Cloudflare infrastructure supporting the application and database. These services process connection and security information, which may include IP addresses, browser/request details and traffic information. Sign-in may involve authentication/security cookies. See Sites hosting terms, OpenAI’s privacy information and Cloudflare’s privacy information.
Support email addresses, messages and attachments are processed by the operator and email services to handle requests. Send only necessary information. No separate analytics scripts have been added to the site.
Advertising
Ads are off while AdSense review is pending. Future ads are planned only for the landing page, not the trainer or exercises. Consent controls are not yet configured.
If enabled, Google and participating vendors may use cookies/identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalization based on visits to this and other sites. Read Google’s partner-data information, privacy policy and ad controls. This notice will be updated with applicable providers and choices before ads are enabled.
